FEE SCHEDULE
This notice is pursuant to ARS §39 -121.03A as well as ALL Public Record Laws ARS §39-101 – §39-128 for the State of Arizona
Credit/Debit Cards are now accepted
Police Reports:
$6.00 per report pre-paid up to 15 pages, 25 cents a page after 15.
(Victims will not be charged for reports)
911 or dispatch audio recordings request:
$10.00 per CD
Photographs:
$10.00 per CD
Video Recording Request:
$50.00 per video
20 day impound hearing request:
$150.00 administrative fee to schedule hearing (does not include tow fees or storage fees)
You must make an appointment with the Chief of Police or Sergeant
for all vehicle impound hearings.

***Notary Services***
Due to limited availability during daytime hours, the Williams Police
Department will only notarize one or two-page documents only.
Examples: vehicle titles, bills of sale, school volunteer applications, background requests, employment documents, and personal statements.
Examples of what we will not notarize: any financial documents, loan documents, adoption papers, court documents, power of attorney, Testament of Will, estate documents, heath care directives or anything larger than 2 notary pages. If the document type is not listed above, we will review.
